Our Story – Serenity Garden Pods

Serenity Garden Pods began with a feeling many of us shared but struggled to put into words – that life had shifted, quietly but permanently.

The world slowed down, sped up, and rearranged itself all at once. Homes became offices, classrooms, gyms, sanctuaries, and sometimes pressure cookers. Families blended generations under one roof. Work drifted from boardrooms to spare rooms or even back gardens. And suddenly, the spaces that most of us lived in no longer match the lives we were living.

In the middle of that change, we saw an opportunity to create something meaningful. Not just a product, but a solution that genuinely improves everyday life. We’ve always worked with one guiding belief – ‘add value’ wherever you can. It’s shaped our careers, our decisions, and now, our business.

Serenity Garden Pods, was born from that belief.

Kate draws on over 25 years of expertise in the service, corporate, and facilities sectors- where she’s mastered delivering seamless support and operational excellence. Passionate about treating customers exactly as they’d want to be treated, Kate ensures every step of the customer journey is exceptional, fostering trust, satisfaction, and loyalty through her empathetic, detail-oriented approach at Serenity Garden Pods. Jose - Principal electrician.

Jose brings over 10 years of hands-on experience to every project across London’s residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. He leads a dedicated team of four skilled professionals who share his unwavering focus on safety, reliability, and outstanding workmanship - no job too small or too big. Fully qualified for 7 years and registered with NAPIT for the last 4 years, Jose has completed thousands of installations, upgrades, maintenance, and compliance works.With a practical, client-first approach, he works closely with every customer to deliver efficient, high-quality results tailored exactly to their needs - giving peace of mind with every switch, socket, and system installed.
